Led by Evia Adventure Tours, this circular trek begins in Kymi’s main square, where traditional homes line the narrow streets. The route ascends gently toward the ruins of St. George Castle, perched high above the Aegean. Along the way, explore crumbling stone terraces, wild herbs, and ancient olive trees while learning about the Latin knight Likario who rebuilt the fortress in the 13th century. From the summit, enjoy sweeping views of the sea and the island of Skyros before descending toward the Monastery of Metamorfosi, a serene stop on the return path.
