Discover the heart of Czech culture through its kitchen on this small-group food experience through Prague’s “Castle Side.” Begin near Charles Bridge and take a short tram ride uphill to explore Hradčany and Malá Strana. Along the way, visit family-run taverns and cafés that preserve old recipes and warm hospitality. Taste classic dishes such as goulash or dumplings, homemade sweets, and student-favorite coffee or liqueur while learning how Czech cuisine evolved from peasant kitchens to modern comfort food. 10:20 am – Meet at Mostecká 4 near Charles Bridge
10:30 am – Welcome & introduction with first tasting
10:50 am – Tram ride uphill toward the Castle District

11:40 am – Stroll through “New World” neighborhood & Strahov Monastery view
