By booking a tour, activity, or package through our website or with one of our representatives, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.

1. Our Role

TourCastles.com acts as a booking facilitator for tours, tickets, and experiences operated by licensed third-party vendors, museums, or tour companies.
When you book a tour on our website, you are entering into a direct contractual agreement with the vendor providing that specific service.

For custom itineraries, multi-day packages, or private bookings, TourCastles.com may also act as a travel agent, coordinating services such as accommodations, transfers, and guided experiences on your behalf with third-party providers.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

Each vendor listed on our platform is independently owned and operated.
Vendors are solely responsible for:

  • Conducting tours or experiences as described.
  • Maintaining all required licenses, permits, and insurance.
  • Setting and communicating their own cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies, which are displayed during checkout.

TourCastles.com performs a reasonable review of partners but does not manage or control vendor operations on-site.

3. Guest Responsibilities

By booking through TourCastles.com, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during booking (including contact details and participant information).
  • Arrive on time at the meeting point provided in your confirmation email.
  • Follow all health, safety, and conduct guidelines from your guide or operator.
  • Comply with local laws, heritage site regulations, and park rules.

Failure to meet these obligations may result in denial of service without refund.

4. Payments

Standard Tours: Payments are processed securely by the vendor through their integrated booking system.

Packages & Custom Bookings: Payments are processed directly by TourCastles.com through secure payment providers.

All pricing is displayed clearly prior to checkout. Any applicable taxes, service fees, or currency conversions will be shown before payment.

TourCastles.com and our partners use encrypted systems and PCI-compliant processors for all transactions.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Standard Tours: Each vendor’s individual cancellation and refund policy applies. Please review these policies carefully before booking.

Packages & Custom Bookings: TourCastles.com’s own cancellation policy applies — most cancellations require 72–96 hours’ notice unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or regional regulations.
No-shows and late arrivals are generally non-refundable.

6. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Participation in tours, activities, or experiences arranged through TourCastles.com is voluntary and at your own risk.
TourCastles.com and its affiliates are not liable for:

Injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by vendors, weather, or natural conditions.

Acts of government, strikes, or events beyond our control.

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, cancellation, and personal property risks.

7. Changes to Itineraries

Vendors may modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, operational limitations, or unforeseen circumstances.
TourCastles.com is not responsible for changes made for safety or regulatory reasons, but we and our partners will always aim to offer an equivalent or improved experience when possible.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By making a booking, you consent to TourCastles.com sharing necessary personal details with the vendor or operator responsible for delivering your experience.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on TourCastles.com — including text, images, logos, graphics, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Tour Castles.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any material from this website without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America and applicable international consumer protection laws.
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the State of Colorado, USA, unless otherwise required by local jurisdiction.
